Thank you for taking the time to visit me on the web!
I have always believed that buying or selling a home is one of the most important transactions in a person’s life. And it’s a transaction that we do together, so let me tell you about who I am, how I work, and what we can accomplish together.
First of all, this is a second career for me, and one that I am truly passionate about. For most of my adult life I had the privilege of representing downtown Toronto commercial landlords in the leasing of office space. Buildings such as the Toronto Eaton Centre, Scotia Plaza and Brookfield Place (BCE Place) were my home for two decades.
I have however, always had a keen interest in residential real estate. I grew up in Bloor West Village, and over the years my husband Gordon and I have transitioned through several homes in Toronto’s west end. We have experienced detached, condominium, and townhome living; and most recently built what we call like to call our ‘last home’ in a wonderful west Toronto neighbourhood.
Clients will tell you that I am hard-working, responsive, organized, tenacious, and dedicated. Part of it is my European heritage, the rest; years of corporate training, endless deadlines, and regular reporting to multiple stakeholders. These traits have allowed me to smoothly migrate into entrepreneurship under the Royal LePage banner. Getting the job done for you is my goal.
But it’s the more organic side of my business that gives me tremendous satisfaction. Whether it’s helping that young couple find their first dream home, and watching them build their future; working with empty-nesters who have already raised a family, and now want to enjoy some ‘me time’; or helping someone new to Toronto experience our city and guiding them to the right neighbourhood for their lifestyle and budget.
Buying and selling is a process, and throughout the process we get to know one another. At the end of the transaction, my clients feel like family and that connection is the greatest reward. Call or email and find out how we might work together.
